Default Boom Audio Auxiliary Input Kit not working.

I recently installed the Boom Audio Auxiliary Input kit on my 2017 Roadglide Special so I could have another audio input source for the 6.5 Infotainment system other than just bluetooth. This kit has the cable that plugs in the number 184 CB wiring connector and the other end has a jack that plugs into the headphone jack of cell phones, etc.
I installed the cable in accordance with the instructions and took the bike to my dealer so they could activate the aux input software. I now have the Aux 1 selection in the media menu. However when I plug in my cell phone, select Aux 1 in the media menu and start playing music stored in my phone I get no audio from the bikes speakers.
Does anyone have any thoughts as to why this isn't working?

Thanks for that info, Aux 1 is what they enabled. I'll ask them about the Aux 2 activation.

What type of audio source are you trying to send to this aux cable?

I'm using it to plug into my cell phones headphone port so I play music from it with a connection other than bluetooth.
