Well u really don't need to land the plane regarding sled audio because a plane will run out of gas and crash, but with sled audio there is absolutely no need to rush into a system.
Glad you like your system as that all that matters for you but without debate, info exchange, testing assumptions, and also differing opinions we become pretty damn sheepish.

How did you have the hu flashed? Depending on that you can get your fade control back.

Then you should have fade control on the head unit. Do you?

It appears in the HU but cannot be adjusted.

So it is on the hu but cant adjust or move. Is it set in the middle or all the way to the front?
