Just got back from an extended trip and was getting a message "Error: Check Antenna" on the satellite radio. Anyone else experience this?

It's not a reception issue where it cuts out under bridges, trees, etc and then comes back; the radio cuts out and that message appears on the screen. It's intermittent but annoying enough to abandon that media and switch to the tunes on my phone. I have it mounted next to the vent under the windshield and usually get good signal. The wire isn't pinched, as I cut small groove for it during the install.

If the antenna is bad, I don't know how to get a replacement since it came with the module.

 

On a mobile app so can't see your sig, assuming a pre Rushmore bike. Used to get that in my 13 with aftermarket radio, was a bad antenna.
