Default Bluetooth connection constantly drops while riding.

I have a 2018 SGS and using Amazon music via blue tooth while riding coming through my speakers. Recently, my connection has been constantly coming in and out. I cannot listen to an entire song as it cuts in and out. I have tried pairing from scratch and everything is turned on as it should be. I used to have no problems at all, this just started. I have an Android Samsung 8.

Thoughts please...

Is amazon music web based or are all the songs downloaded into the phone?

The songs are downloaded onto the phone on a playlist. It's been working fine until now. The past 3 rides or so, cuts in and out a lot. Amazon Music is an app.

Use process of elimination by playing music on a different cell phone to find out if the dropping out is caused by the cell phone or your head unit.

I just ran into the same issue the other day on my bike in the garage. What I found was there was more than 2 bluetooth devices trying to communicate at the same time( my laptop, dsp and my phone) for some odd reason the headunit was having a fit and the music I was streaming from my phone was hit and miss.
Delete all paired devices from the HU. Delete HU from your phone and reconnect.
If there are other bluetooth devices close turn the BT off on the ones not being used

I had an issue with mine and needed to do a software download. Seemed to correct the problem but I don't use it all the time.

I can’t even get mine to link up on my streetglide. I just use the cord and charge it too.

Come to think of it, I also have the FP3 connected to it. I'll try and delete it and see if that helps it out. Hope so....

Thanks for responding.

In my case it was conflict with other device as described above. Good luck.

You also could have a conflict with a voice activated mic if you are using a headset.
