Folks are gonna need a lil more info. What head unit and what amp are you using. Some amps may need a loc, others may not. Give these guys something to go, they'll help a brother out.

I am sorry I thought I put it in my description it is a 2012 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic stock harmon kardon and I am looking at using the Dual 600 watt amp as I seen amp review on it and it was good so it was cheap and I figured I would give it a try I just want to boost my sound up a little bit

You need to post the exact model number of the amp to confirm if your model has both RCA and high level (speaker) connections. A photo of the face of the amps connectors would help also.

There's cheap, then there's really cheap. Don't put that garbage on your bike.

The speaker wire that are coming out of your radio will connect to the LOC. Front right and front left speaker wires go to LOC for the front inputs to the amp via RCA. Same for rear.
Buy the Soundstream pn4.1000 and leave the Dual garbage on the shelf.

PS: you can get a 6.5" speaker in the tourpack.

I would use the PAC SNI-35 LOC. For a good budget speaker that will drop in the tourpack, look at the Kicker 41KSC 674.
