What kind of lugs/crimps or soilder?
What are you guys using for the terminal end for a distribution block, fuse block, or terminated end going into Sound Digital amp?
Looking for 4 Gauge and 8 gauge specifically.

Once l have the insulation stripped from the end of my power supply line, l use a portable mapp gas torch to solder the exposed wire. Makes for a good solid connection when tightening the set screws in the amp/distribution block.

[QUOTE=Covert Olds;17981285]I just finished a total revamp. Head unit, amp, fairing speakers and added speakers in the lower fairings.

[/QUO

And what an upgrade it is! Sounds 100 times better than last year.

this is what I used. and was able to line my fairing and bags with one box, seems to be working well too.
I just picked up some of this deadener as well for inside my fairing in a few spots. Should I also line the inside of my lower fiberglass speaker pods or leave them as is, or add that batting material?

I don't see how deadner could hurt. Polyfil might be a try and see type deal.

I didn't know if deadener in the pods would affect the already little midbass I have by absorbing it or if leaving hard surfaces inside would be better. F if I know haha

True I don't have a lot of experience with lowers but I thought they might resonate audibly with a substantial speaker in them.

DB 8inch lowers, requires drilling through engine guard.

Worth it.
