Damn I gotta cross my beyma's at 100hz at 200w or they start heating up real fast when I play music with a lot of bass. They still beat hard as a **** at that setting once you get about 3/4 up the volume.
Well, ya know ..... I haven't even taken the time to check to see how hot the speaker gets, lol. I normally ride around listening to 90's alternative rock, country, and some classic/southern rock. Not normally real bass heavy, but I will throw on my 90's hip-hop from time to time and some of 'THOSE' tracks to see just how hard it will hit and impress from time to time.
When using the PRV 800MB600FT with the 8" Jefe Rings in the Saddlebags is it necessary to round the PRV 's to make them fit like you have to do with the PRV 6MR500 in the Lowers?
Thanks.
Mike

That would depend on how you plan on mounting the PRV's to the ring .... wouldn't it? If you are going to mount it to the rear of the ring from inside the bag, then you should be fine ..... BUT if you plan on mounting it inside the ring from the outside, then I would imagine you would need to round that basket to fit inside the round Jefe ring .... would you not?
