Thinking about this set up....

Going to be getting a fairing my WG and wanted to install my own speakers. From searching I am thinking about going with Cerwin-Vega B52 amp, a JVC head unit (Cannot decide on a head unit), and Infinity Kappa 693.11I speakers. I would like to be able to quickly disconnect the wires (if this is possible) from the bike when I remove the fairing. What else will I need for installation? I am trying to stay as cheap as possible for fairly quality sound. Don't need the best sound but would like decent quality for the highway which is the only time I will be using the fairing. Also going to be going with the tsukayu 6x9 fairing.

I did the same install on a buddies bike and he is very happy with it. The install was easy, the hardest part was matching colors on the anniversary edition. All you need is some 6ft speaker wire. A rain cover if you need one, an cigarette lighter power point comes in handy but not necessary, an inline fuse, 8 ga OFC wire to run to the battery and a quick disconnect for the amp like this:

You can run power to the radio from the above disconnect( with its own fuse) and run a separate wire with a disconnect for the memory wire to a switched b+ wire, or use a separate 3 wire Deutsch with B+, ground and switched B+ for the radio like this:

I prefer to separate the radio and amp power wires. Be sure to keep fuses as close to the battery as possible.
