Has Anyone Used This Amp Mount?
Happy Friday,
Has anyone used the Hogtunes Side Plate amp tray/mount? It mounts vertically on the brake side between the speaker and head unit replacing the fairing support on '98 - '13 bat wing fairing models.
I bought one of the NVX VADM4 amps which is pretty small and I'm looking for a way to fit it securely in the fairing. As small as it is it's still keeping my fairing from buttoning up tight when placed on top of the RZ4-2000d amp which is horizontal on top of the head unit between the supports.
Thanks for any input.

Yep, that's a great little bracket in the older fairings. Like mentioned, it does need a little tweaking to get it to work with the speaker adapters, but it works great otherwise. I wish they made one for the clutch side as well. Im sure I could find something to mount to it if they did, lol.

I just got done installing the HT bracket and the NVX amp. Wow, what a great product. Well made and it fit my bike perfectly. I was skeptical because I had the amp zip-tied in basically the exact same position and test-fitting the fairing was tight. But this mount actually mounted the amp much closer to the inner fairing. I have the older PA DB651's with the separate crossovers and I was able to fit that in there as well with no issues.
Thanks to all for the advice. Much appreciated.
