Without specific speakers, amps & watts, & speaker locations u really won't get any reasonable guidance.

Sorry about that. Front stage are two eminence 6.5 with two DD horns. My 6X9 are alpine type S in the lids. Two prv 8 in the bags facing rear wheel. I have a md4110 and a Cerwin Vega B52 with a dayton dsp.

Well with the info you've given, I see a few problems. Boosting gains 7dB on channels 1 and 2 could cause you amp to distort. Generally when you set gains the EQ is at 0, when you boost a freq that much your increasing input voltage to the amp and could introduce distortion, which kills speakers. Check it with an Oscope at those freq's to see if you are getting distortion.
Also midbass and subs are usually run mono, so set the source inputs 1 and 2 for channels 1 and 2.
Channel 3 also has source input 4 selected, and I'm guessing wasn't intentional.
I'm not familiar with those 6x9's but looks like a reasonable tune for a full range 6x9. Also your 6x9 channel's aren't linked

Before you even touch the EQ aspect I would recommend spending a bit of time with your crossover options for each set of speakers. They will make or break the capability & ultimately the performance of your speaker and audio experience.
HP & LP X-over freqs, slopes of 12, 24 or even 18, and Butter vs Link vs ? all play a damn critical role in the process.
