Amp or DSR1 issue?????

After installing new amp SD 1200.4(The amp was a refurb) and speakers in lids Herts/Neo 690s, and tuning the DSR1 the system was sounding amazing. All of a sudden, after a week, I lost all sound from the speakers in the bags and the lids. Lid/bag speakers connected to the SD1200.4. The speakers in the upper and lower fairings are still playing great off of a SD800.4. Im using all channels of the DSR1. The power light still comes on the amp (1200.4), but it's not getting any sound to the rear speakers. Where should I start trouble shooting? What steps can I take to tell which one is most likely malfunctioning? The amp or DSR1?
Thanks,
Brian

What happens when you swap outputs from the radio?

Me, I'd start with a volt meter on the rear speaker output of the amp, same way you set the gains. My crystal ball says it's the amp since it's a refurb. Betting the channel failed and that's what it was in for the 1st time.

Could be either. I've seen a bunch of DSR1's go bad lately. And SD are notorious for going bad.
Easy to rule out DSR1 with just bypassing it and going right to SD with RCA or swap RCA from 800 and plug into 12000.

I haven't tried that yet. I'm assuming I need to switch the fronts with the rears. Ill try it as soon as I get home.
Thanks,
Brian

Switched the outputs from the radio and still no sound in the rear speakers. Front and lowers are still playing.
Thanks,
Brian

Ok! I swapped out the rca's from the SD 800.4 to the SD1200.4 and still only get sound from the uppers and lowers. Nothing from the rear.

Ran the rca's directly from the back of the radio and into the amp and still know sound from the rear.

Had about the same happen to me. Turned out to be one of the outputs on the dsr1

Whatever output is working, try plugging it into the one thats not. Could be the output on the headunit
If you done this already, check the cables. Probably pinched off somewhere
