Default 106" Trask Turbo

Hello. New member from Cold Norway. I hawe a Trask turbo kit on my 2007 Street Glide, the engine is today completely Stock. We have a long Cold Winter here in Norway, so i hawe a plan to rebuild the engine now. I hawe bought 106" jugs. SE 255 cams. The plan is to reduse the compresion to 9:1 I hawe done some porting on heads earlier and i hawe all the machines. but my experience is in Normaly aspirated engines, is there enayting to consider on a turbo head ?? I am running 12 psi, any Wild Guess on hp With this settup ?? Happy for all fedback ( sorry for my bad English)

One I would not run 12 psi with 255 cams To much cylinder pressure you will have issues with head gaskets and heat.

Head work is very important with turbos on proper intake and exhaust size.

My Trask set-up is on a stock 120R. It's been my daily driver for 1 1/2 yrs now and runs strong and if I was forced to say some negative thing it would be that the M.P.G. is 22 to 24 miles per gallon. Other than that it's very fast but I'm always open to improvement.

Ok, I gues i hawe to take the pressure Down a bit. I se other turbo build With 12 psi or more, but i Guess they run more duration on the cam.

I'm running 8lbs boost for reliability. To get out of the hole quicker there's 2 teeth off the trans sprocket. A Baker 7 speed shifts gears.

I am thinking 8-10 psi and 9:1 compresion With the New engine. I am using the bike almost every day, so reliability is afctor for me to, to be honest, it wil produse more Power than the chassi can handle anyway.
