Have a 2004 Sportster basket case which is intended to become a Dual Sort (Street Scrambler for you old guys) My issue of the moment is the rear wheel. Very limited selection of dual sport tires in the 150-80B 16 tire size, much better in narrower sizes. To avoid spacing and alignment issues I'm looking at lacing a spoked FL rim to my Sportster hub. Anyone know if this is doable and if there would be any other modifications required?
