What is a Harley dealer's in Canada average hourly service rate? How long would they charge to install a rear tire on a 2006 Ultra Classic?

 

Two to three times as much as the local indy shop would charge. Why not just phone your dealer and ask? Prices will vary widely...

Personally, I find there is great satisfaction in doing it myself.
Do your self one more, install the 90 deg stems.

 

my local HD dealer installs tires for free if you purchase the tire there.
In March they had a BOGO promotion on the tires so I got new rear and front tires at the dealership and the total out the door price was just under $400
Two tires, two tubes, two valve stems, and mounting. And they did the removal.
plus a full inspection of the brakes, bearings, belt, primary, etc.
