Carb rebuild fail - help!

Default Carb rebuild fail - help!

Pulled my carb and intake manifold, did the gaskets, put it back together, fires up right away idles really nice, roll it outside click it into first and the more throttle I give it the more it tries to die

in nuetral it idled fine and I can rev the engine no problems

Is the accel pump squirting?

Tell us what work you did to the carb like replace float needle, remove idle mixture screw etc...what carb is it? YD

The symptom sounds like you put the needle jet in upside down...

The needle jet is the part that protrudes into the bottom of the throat.

Yep, very common problem. Or, removing the idle jet screw and leaving the old O-ring in there, or losing the O-ring, spring, or washer...hole in the diaphragm (or pinched) during assembly, etc. Those are some of the more common problems. YD
