It's been a while but life has a way of shifting priorities. I replaced the seals and found no vacuum leaks. I noticed I had some leaking from my head gasket and I also replaced that. One thing I noticed is the spark looks a little weak. (new plugs) Bike starts and runs but as soon as its under load it runs like ****. It pops, it misses, it backfires, It seems ok until I get to about 30+ mph when I shift to third it all goes to hell.

My bike is a lot older than yours, but I had similar symptoms eventually identified as being down to the ignition pickup starting to fail. I don't recall exactly how we tested it, but that is a further suggestion to consider. Was as right as rain after replacement.

I agree with GB, what ended up being the issue with your carb?

I put 42/170 jets in it and now it will run but it's popping and hesitating and seems like it's missing. I checked the plugs and they went from being black and sooty to whitish which I know indicates a lean condition. So I have to be dealing with a vacuum leak that I can't seem to find or something else that I can't find.
Should run a 45 slow on that bike. You can verify by lightly pulling enrichner while at slow speed and your miss will clear up.
