Needle Jet is upside down, but won't go in the correct way.
I bought a 94 softail unrunning. Got the bike starting, and idling. The needle jet collar is upside down. The problem is that it doesnt seem to go in the other way. Anyone else had this issue? The only thing I can think of is that someones put the wrong collar in ...

I know it's meant to, my problem is that it doesn't. I think from bring on upside down it's been pushed up and created a lip on the edge which is getting caught on the threads... that's the latest theory for now
