Default 2002 Low Rider Carb issue maybe

I have a 2002 Harley Low Rider with the stock carb on it. Just recently it has started acting up on me ( sat all winter in storage but have driven at least one tank through it since the beginning of summer). It cranks and idles perfectly fine. When I take off down the road and lay into the gas it starts cutting out like it is running out of gas or can't get gas fast enough. I am thinking I may just have some trash in the carb? I have always ran 93 octane in the bike and most of the time, when I can find it, I run ethanol free gas in it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If I do end up needing the carb rebuild, how much should I be looking at for this from a Harley dealer (or should I go to a mechanic shop?)?

Thanks,
David

Carb bowl tear down and clean up. Check the float level, it may be adjusted too low, petcock has a fuel filter on top in the tank, you can remove it and clean it out.
