Default CV40 carb or SS super G

2000 Heritage 95inch, S&S super stock 79cc heads with Andrews 37G cams. I have the CV40 carb, and like it,but my mechanic said the S&S super G would be really wake my bike up! I know nothing about the S&S carbs. I would really appreciate any advise or input on this. Thank you!

The G is for bigger displacement bikes over 100", E is plenty of carb for a 95"

Interestingly enough, S&S supplied a G with my new 107" engine, yet with their later 111" engine supply an E. These are for touring engines, rather than high performance ones, of course.

The previous owner of my bike had switched from the CV to a Super E and said it woke the bike up quite a bit. For an 80 inch it's got some get up and go
