Default Straight (Non-tapered) Stage 1 Filter?

Just wanted to ask if there is such a thing as a straight filter to fit the Stage 1 Air Cleaners?
I don't really like the look of the tapered filter and would really like to find a filter with no taper.
Searched the web but not having any luck finding filter dimensions. Maybe somebody here
has found a replacement filter like this? Thanks......

you need to specify year and model of bike and the type of air cleaner you currently have. K&N has several different styles....

Sorry, I should have included the following:

I have a 2014 Breakout. I am installing a Ness Big Sucker Stage 1 Air Filter like in the attached picture. I would like to modify the air cleaner a bit with a straight filter and
a custom cover. I just wanted to see if anybody has found a straight filter that would fit the Stage 1 Air Cleaners. I would like to get away from the tapered filter that comes with the kit. Thanks..........

How about one of the umpteen filter covers available, to hide it from view?! H-D sells a 'bobber style' parallel cover, in black or chrome, as one suggestion.

Here is what I am trying to accomplish. I did not really like a tapered air filter like on either the Big Sucker 1 or the Big Sucker 2 units.
Ordered up a straight K&N Air Filter and did a little fitting work. Still have a little tinkering around to get it finished but is is basically what
I was looking for. Maybe I will call it the Big Sucker 1.5
