how did you adjust the mixture screw without removing the air filter housing?

I Use the little flat head bit that goes in my multi drive screwdriver. Its probably about 2 1/2" long, I can reach right up under it all and adjust it easy.

Commonly that little washer and o-ring for the idle mixture screw is neglected upon assembly. Those went back in, correct?

Also, the small steel tube that goes on the end of the emulsion tube is orientated correctly, yes? It's the steel tube the needle slides into from the carb throat. It's easy to install backwards.

Its called a needle jet. Common mistake installing it upside down if it is removed. YD
