1949 Harley Davidson Panhead Engine and Primary
COMES WITH CLEAR TITLE

I bought this as part of a project bike but have decided to go in a different direction and part out the rest of the bike. The bike was titled to the engine number, so you will receive a clear title with this engine.

When I got this several years ago, I pulled the engine and did a light rebuild of the top end. This included new piston rings and pins, new upper rod bearings, and new base / head / valve cover gaskets. I would recommend going over the torque on the bolts and setting the timing before running the engine, but for the most part she should be ready to go.

S&S Super E carb and manifold are both included in the sale.

Distributor has been upgraded to an electronic ignition model, and the generator is a 12 volt. The primary is just placed on for show, but I do have a belt drive pulley and clutch that I'll include. These are the parts I took off the bike when I removed the engine, so they should fit right back on.
