Default Grease for my Servicar what to use????

Building up a basket case servicar I obtained, a little bit of all years into one. The Rear end is juice brakes 51 up and was wondering what grease to use?
I have the rear end in peices right now installing new bearings. The book calls for Harley Davidson Grease all grease. Where to get? or maybe AMS oil heavey duty synthetic should do the job. What are ya all using on your bikes?

I use all amsoil products on mine mainly because that is what I use on the other ones. I don't think you need to be too particular as long as it's clean. After all my book says I should use something like 70 octane fuel. A good wheel bearing grease should suffice.
