Would love to buy an American Iron Horse but as we all know, they went belly up.
I need to know that if a part breaks, however big or small, that I can go to the local Harley dealer and get a replacement.
I understand that it won't be the same American Iron Horse part, that's fine, as long as it fits and it works. In other words, plug and play, no fabrication, no looking on eBay, no dealing with specialty shops that may or may not have it and then it takes forever to get the part to you all the while your bike is down, I think you know what I mean ...

 

Engines were S&S you can find parts . Buy it dirt cheap as they have no market value and likely never will You can get wheels for anything now days . Drive line parts can be had. They did not really invent a new bike it was a erector set for the most part.

 

I had an American iron horse. some parts are... some are not. American iron horse of huntsville most likely will have what ever you need. Their web site is limited but when you call them they can help you out. Also there are a bunch of guys I know that have a face book page that can also help you out.. Those bikes are very nice. But the are made for looks and power. I rode 200 miles up to lake George and I did not want to ride until it was time to come home 4 days later. Good luck to you swifty
