Default When the paint was new

I have a BLACK 2016 Ultra Limited. For the 1st week I had it I noticed that dust didn't stick to it. It would swirl around and you could blow it around, like a static cling thing going on. But wouldn't stick hard. After a few washes that stopped, now the dust sets hard. I live on a dirt road with farm land all round, when it's tilled the dust gets on everything so I have to clean and polish regularly, BECAUSE ITS BLACK. It's garage kept, but you just can't keep that crap out. I have been using only Harley cleaning products but can't get it back like when it was new. Does anyone know what the dealer/factory used to get that effect?

Really good carnauba wax. put on in the shade, and let it dry hard before buffing.

Black is a high maintenance color so this is probably the best method to use.
