spot's on silver wrinkle finish

Hey, anyone have any luck at removing spots on silver engine ?&nbsp\\; I think they are stains of some kind . two spots the size of a dime ,they been there probably from new. Any suggestions , is there a touch up available ?&nbsp\\; thanks
