Default I have a question right off the bat

New to the forum, names Jake. I picked up a 2007 street bob a few weeks ago and love it. There is a few things I'm wanting to change though, too much chrome, too many skulls, and the headlight sucks ***.

Chrome and skulls aside I may have found a solution for the headlight. I was on craigslist and found a 7" daymaker cheap off a street glide. I would imagine this will work fine right? If it does like I'm thinking, is there any quarter fairings that will work with a 7" light? I've only seen the Arlen Ness style ones for the stock light. Thanks in advance for any help

Your question didn't belong in the "New Members Area".
It's for introductions. So it was moved in one of the other forums.

I'm pretty sure your Dyna has a 5 3/4" headlight. The 7" headlight is too big. That said, you may still be able to fit the 7" light on your bike but it may require some tinkering, and will look different.

Several members on here have done it. Hit the search button. Here's one: https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...per-glide.html
Congrats on your bike!

Default Thanks

I figured it might take a little bit of messing around with it to work right. My main question though is about the fairing. Does anyone make one that will fit around that big of a light?
