first, does fuel run out the line when disconnected from the carb?
if not, try blowing back thru the hose with very low air pressure about 5 psi to see if a restriction. if fuel runs out of hose, your float needle is likely stuck, or has debris.

Pulled the hose from the petcock. Not getting g fuel on any position on off or reserve. Would something like that stop working from one min to the next? Cause I was getting fuel to my carb before I started working on my bike today

check the vacuum line from the carb. The petcock valve does not work without vacuum. If the line is good, find a way to pull a vacuum on the line and see if your valve is working. Could be you have a bad valve.

I have a hand-held vacuum pump that I got years ago during my aircraft maintenance days for just this kind of thing...I used it to drain my tank once. You can get one cheap from Harbor Freight.

You can bypass the vacuum of the petcock... take it apart and move the spring to the other side of the diaphragm.

I did that on my '02 several years ago when I had a vacuum line failure out in the middle of no where... it won't happen to me again...
