Default Bolts in Pulley slipping

Just bought a 2006 Super Glide, Have had it for 2 months and already have had 2 issues. Was riding down the street by my house and heard something that sounded like I was dragging a shopping cart alongside. Eventually discovered it was the bolts in the pulley. They had come loose and the chrome cover started making a lot of noise. Pulled out each bolt and put Red Thread Blocker on each one and replaced them all. Now I have to re tighten them every couple of days. They keep working themselves loose. Also on the bolts that hold the Vance Hines 2 in 1 pipe on came out and I had to replace them, but they are not moving now. Any suggestions?

You need to let the threadlocker cure out for a little while before riding it again. I think it needs to cure for 24 hours to set.

You should also clean the threads with thread chaser.

Take the old bolts out and replace them with new ones and the above note to clean out the female threads - good call. You also may not have the updated Service Bulletin on torquing those bolts:
