Thumbs down Oil pouring out of breathers-not over filled

'01 FXDX with 18k total miles
6k of it on a 95" (gear driven andrews 37 cams, perfect crank runout, cc'd and polished heads, 10.5:1 wiseco pistons, manual compression releases, stock pushrods, stock oil pump and cam plate.)

ZERO problems until this week.

Oil started coming out of the breathers. Not the normal little amount, enough to fill the air cleaner, saturate it, pour from there and all over the bike.

Changed oil filter to rule that out, same issue.

Pulled the rockers, umbrella valves and everything inside were fine. Did a leak down test, ZERO leak down. Did a compression test, only showed 95psi but both were perfectly consistent. Thats low obviously, but with zero leak down I'm hoping its just the gauge being off…still need to try another to verify.

Pulled the cams, oil pump looks perfect, along with everything else.

….so basically found NOTHING wrong (besides maybe compression, but both cylinders were the same and no noticeable power loss)
Gonna throw an upgraded oil pump in and adjustable pushrods while its apart anyway, but I'm worried about throwing money at finding nothing. Don't want to spend the money, put it together, and have the same issues.

Looking for some insight from more knowledgable people on here. What would you do? What else could it be, and what else could I look for? Everything looks perfect….

If you're positive it isn't sumping, something is causing a pressure build up in the crankcase. Doesn't your bike have external oil lines to the tank? Just a thought.

Zero leakdown? That's a little strange on any engine. Something messed up on the leakdown tester?

+1 no such thing as zero leak down. Time to check blowby. Are you getting excessive breather gas?

Sorry I'm late, we ended up changing the oil pump to a fueling and every things been perfect since. I guess that was the culprit!
