Damn the belt guard bolt is tight. Anyone put the peg mounts on and is there a trick to it on the belt side? I need to many use am impact driver to get the Allen head bolt off the belt guard it is starting to strip the head.

Drill out the heads and replace the bolts.

Don't know why I didn't think of using my heat gun. I was thinking of using a torch at work glad I didn't need to so that

I have a small torch that I use to heat the bolt. Pretty sure a heat gun will get the job done, be careful not to over heat any other areas/parts/paint that could be damaged. Keep some pliers around to pick up the bolt when removed, HOT! self correcting problem.

Hope it helps.
