Installed Progressive fork springs and 412rear shocks. Went for a test ride and it is night and day from stock. Much smother and fork dive when braking is all but gone. Wish I had done this a long time ago.
I added the 412's to my sportster and the monotube cartridge for the front and I really didnt notice a difference. Now with my wide glide she feels really comfy stock. I may just put heavier springs at the front but I think I will leave the rear shocks stock.

I started to do a test ride after front springs but it was late. Got up this morning and did shocks before a ride but I do think the front springs helped a lot. Both front and rear really changed the bike. While I was at it I added new rotors and brake pads front and rear.

I have the monotubes in the front of my Roadglide and plan on doing the same with my Wideglide. I agree with arkstreetbob about the illumination of fork dive. The roadglide being heavier has even more weight transfer under heavy braking and the monotubes really helped.
Got about a thousand miles on my progressive monotube forks and 444 shocks now and am very happy with the ride. Able to use all the front brake i want WITH OUT the nose dive. Best upgrade I've done to my 2011 FLHTCU.
5w i believe is stock, SE is 10w and heavy duty is 15w. i NEVER use hd fork oil breaks down way way to fast and is too $$$. Go spectro better fluid and lower price, it is a win win
