I swapped on a new rear tire, cleaned up the wheel, spokes, and hub, was going to put a 68t pulley on but found I needed a spacer. Spacer on order.

Well it wasn't today, but right before Christmas, I installed the "mandatory" (in my opinion) chrome battery cover on my Super Glide.

Tossed the wheels on to get an idea of what it will look like after tires are out on. Yes that is a 23" front wheel

Finally got my 68t pulley on today! After I found I had to order a spacer on Saturday, spacer showed up Monday! Not as big of an improvement as I was hoping for but it definitely has a little more umph in first and all around. in 6th at 70mph the engine doesnt feel or sound nearly as taxed.

Stock is 32 X 66T right? Guess you went from 2.06:1 to 2.125:1.
2700 RPM stock is 74.3 MPH, 2700 RPM 68T is 72.1 MPH., less than 3% geared down. That's why you aren't feeling a big difference.

A great site to play "what if", with gearing changes...tp

Took mine for a nice ride to visit my nephew in the hospital. About 90 miles round trip. Set off every alarm in the parking garage while I was there.
