I actually asked for metzlers and somehow ended up giving me the Avon instead. Not complaining, we worked out a deal and I get a good tire to boot. Win win.

Today I am pondering/wondering the difference between these bars and the ones on my bike now. They look almost identical. the ones I have on the bike now are Wild 1 W0500 Chubby Pullback Drag Bars

The ones I'm looking at

The ones on bike now

Yours look like they rise almost twice as much before they pullback, but very similar.

I ordered the street slammer bars. The fitment guide at the harleydavidson website says they will work on the 2006 FXDB with OEM throttle and idle cables. I have those in stock brand new in unopened packaging. I still need a clutch cable. They say OEM clutch cable wont work (n/a) but they give a part number for one that will.

Ordered paint for the rear wheel guard and considering buying a T-Sport fairing to paint at the same time.
