Also, just wanted to say that I am putting the stock risers and handlebars back on the bike for now, yet the handlebars and risers below are what will eventually be installed. They should be a direct swap with no change in cables or lines. The Ness handlebars look like they will provide much more adjusting possibility.

That's the plan anyway - see how it goes. Expensive.

Removed that chrome rear caliper insert. That's all for today

Anybody happen to know the thread pitch (e.g., 3/4-10, 3/4-12, etc.) of the stock 3/4 axle? I'm not near mine...

That cleaned up real nice. I'm a little surprised. (I assume the chrome cover was held on with adhesive.)

Forgot to mention that is a new caliper decal I installed after removing the chrome cap.

Edit: also, slight change of plans on the handlebars and risers, bear with me, lol. Minds can change.

It will all make sense in the end when it finally comes together.

I wonder if those aluminum trim panels will become difficult to find and/or expensive in years to come.
