Today I will be cleaning the front brake caliper a little, making sure the pistons are clean, taking old pads out. I'll probably rebuild it this winter, but for now just cleaning it and new Lyndall pads.

Yesterday I calculated fuel consumption for the last 2,134 miles to be 40.25 mpg. Looks like my FP3 knocked it down about 10%...

Yesterday installed my dual brake lines on the tsport, did a (much needed) brake fluid flush. Installed my 2" riser extensions from DK to bring the bars up to 14". Much needed improvement - will need to get a slightly longer clutch cable though - it's pretty damn tight right now.

So the genuine tri bars are just as dodgy as the Chinese eBay jobs?

Did you happen to post pictures of your DIY mounts? I'd love to see them (thinking ahead)

Which kind did you not like and which kind did you prefer? I just ordered a full set up front go to a longer brake line. I've never seen this kind with o-rings before (HD-41731-01) and was expecting copper washers.

the kind I did not like were the "stat-O" I think they are called. they are metal with rubber around the ID hole. When i torqued the banjo bolts down the rubber squeezed out around the edges, just did not feel good about them, so i ordered some copper washers
