what to do tune or not
ok guys I have a question, I plan on doing the 30t front pulley, I was cleaning my air filter last year and the k&n cone filter was slid almost all the way on the tube (previous owner), when I discovered this I slid it out to where it is soposed to be, it ran different almost lean feeling and sounding, I put a boyseen x wing on it made a difference on my dads bike, not the snake oil everyone says im wondering if I need to tune it or if I should just run it want to be safe I run it hard don't want to do damage. thanks in advanced

Yup, time for a richer tune. And probably a new filter if yours has a hole, they're not that expensive.
I would HIGHLY suggest the power vision 2 tuner, easy to get a map from Dynojet or other tuning place, you can auto tune, and make changes yourself. Not to mention you can correct the speedometer after you do the pulley swap. But seeing as you have the TTS I'm not sure as to what you can do with it.
Also DK custom products states with their intake tube and a K&N filter it should be 1in on the tube, that's where you get the most power because of smoother and more consistent air flow.
