I want a flat rack that mounts with the two seat bolts. You know, the front with the solo saddle hold down bolt and the rear at the bolt hole where the typical 2 up seat would bolt down at.

I can find the curved models for the Dyna all over ebay but I want the flat one but onlt see them advertised for the +04 XL.

PLease tell me they are the same.

All I find are the curved solo fender racks and I want/need flat. This is the only flat one I could even find but it's British origin and not cheap.

Is there anything else out there in a flat rack on ebay or possibly cheaper?

Also as in another topic, I can't believe that all of the XL racks won't fit a Dyna.

 

Since it mounts on top of the fender, you could just drill another hole to make it fit if the mount doesn't line up with existing holes. Doesn't seem like you could put much weight on a fender mount rack. Is this rack just for looks?

 

Extra hole is a new idea and wish I had thought of that before sending the fender out for paint.

Weight will be flat files/binders for work and say raingear
