Default Source for oil filters

Decided to start changing my own oil. Where is the best place to get filters besides the dealer. Also, what is the filter number for a 06 Dyna FXDI? Thanks.

I get mine on Amazon, usually buy about 3 each time. If you like black, KN-171B is your match:

Rock auto is cheapest by far for wix. I just bulk up and buy few for each vehicle and few for bike at same time. $5 cheaper for wix chrome and $2.50 cheaper for the black. I usually get the chrome since it has no logo on it.

Save yourself the bread and the trouble of having to run to the store to get a filter or two if you happened to forget to stock up before you began an oil change. Get one of the aftermarket cleanable filters. They look better and the aluminum ones cool a good bit quicker than the stock fiilters.
