Request for our Switchback owners
 

I bought a kit which supposedly allowed a Switchback to mount a trunk. I presumed it would work on the. FXDC. It does not. Doh.

I was wondering if one of the Switchback owners would be kind enough to give the measurements between the mount posts for their sissy bars as well as the width from left to right. I just want to sell the mount, but want to make sure it fits the Switchback.

Please. Just two quick measurements is all I need. Our heck even a place online with them would work.

I'll get it for you tonight after work, it's raining here so i didn't ride to work.

The Quick Detach hardware is specific for the Switchback I believe.

If I eyeballed it correctly, post to post is about 7 1/4", width on the sideplates is about 9 3/16".

I got 7 1/4/" from mounting post to post centered. 9 5/16" width

I just wanted to make sure the measurements were right and I sold this luggage rack replacement for the right bike. :)
