Default Street Bob Internal Handlebars Wiring Question

Are the wires that run internally through the handlebars on a street bob solely for the turn signals? In turn, if I relocated my front turn signals to the front forks would I no longer have internal wires running through my bars? Thanks for any answers!

On the right its turn signal, kill switch and starter switch. On left its turn signal, high/low beam switch and horn. Relocating signals will not eliminate internal wiring.

the turn signal wires are separate from the rest of the wires. they have separate connectors in the neck for each turn signal.
