Default 08 FXDC T Bar Height

Anyone done 10" Santee T Bars (10" rise, 11" pull, 30" width) on an FXDC and used the stock cables and wires?

I was previously looking at 8" Z bars from Road6Customs and the consensus was that using the stock 2" riser they would work with the stock cables and wiring. If that's the case, there shouldn't be any reason the 10" T's wouldn't work, right?

Thanks in advance for any insight.

I have a '10 FXDC with Stock cables and wires internally wired. In addition, I run Bung King 1 1/4" T-Bar Risers for 11 1/4" rise. The bars are 28" wide and 3" of pull back, so its sort of apples to oranges with your questions but I have no problem whatsoever. The 11" of pullback would worry me. In my very limited experience with bars, its the width and pullback that give grief not the rise. Hopefully someone can help more specifically.

I'm wondering if that 11" of pullback was correct. That's the amount the stock buckhorns have, so it seems like it would be a lot for T bars.

Regardless, I ended up catching a good deal on a set of 8" T's on ebay last night, so I bought them. They were listed as 8" rise, and 8" pullback, which seems a lot more logical to me. If I'm not happy with the height I'm in them cheap enough to flip them back to ebay or add a riser extension.
