Default what are top 5 mods for new Street Bob?

Hi everybody,

I really appreciate the discussions and the input on this forum.

This fall, I am planning on buying a Street Bob.

What are the top 5 mods in your experience?

If you would include pictures, that would be great.

Best
Rex

My top 5 are different than your top 5. Ride the bike for a while and decide for yourself.

Default what are top 5 mods for new Street Bob?

For my bike it was exhaust, air cleaner, seat, led headlight, bars. Not in any real order of importance.

For you it could be none of the above. Put a couple hundred miles on it and you'll know what you want/need.

That would be the best decider for sure!

I would venture to say exhaust, intake, & tune are probably a #1. For me forward controls were the first thing I had to do. Couldn't sit on the dang thing for 1 hour.
What kind of riding do you think you will want to do? If longer trips are on your to do list then I would say things like seat, possibly a wimpshield, and bags or some sort of luggage would be some ideas.

One way or another you are infecting yourself with a disease that I do not believe they have found a cure for......

All my bikes, first thing to change is going to a stage 1

1. Exhaust & intake - sound and performance
2. Rear shocks - ergo and performance
3. Seat - ergo
4. Pegs - stock rubber ones r ugly
5. handlebars - ergo and style
