Default New Tail lights for FXDWG

So, I want to replace the current setup on my bike with something based on LEDs. Here are two sets I am considering...

Turn Signal Lights:

Tail Light :

What are your thoughts? Has anyone changed these lights out before? Did you use the kit above?

You can see my current setup now. (This bike is new to me.)

You can see the funky turns signals. My friends say you can't see them...

Your linked taillight does not have a Run/Brake/Turn controller,, you need to purchase that separately
I'm running the Kuryakyn Panecea tail light and it's super bright,, very happy with it. The Panecea comes with a controller that allows a flash mode while braking and offers the additional load equalizer if I add both front and back LED turn signals.
Check ebay dealers for prices too,

Go with the BAL-1 for a tailight. much better/brighter than the Kury light, which I had prior to this one. brightasslights.com

So in addition to my lighting question, I am having a problem with my turn signals. My bike is setup with a module that flashes both my tail light and my turn signals when I use my brakes. This is very cool. Seems to work well.

However, on a ride yesterday I noticed that the actual turn signals are no longer working. They were working at the start of the ride, but now not so much.

On the instrument panel the arrows have stopped flashing as well.

When I brake the light up just fine, blinking a few times before coming on steady.

Any thoughts? Is this the correct area to post this question?

1997 FXDWG.

Check the fuses?
Flash modules do die too, they get hot doing their thing and eventually wear out.
Re-check connections, check individual bulbs,, basically try a process of elimination.
