Rear Running lights not working

2013 street bob rear running lights do not come on. Turn ignition and frin come on but not rear. Rear breaks, signals, and flashers all work great. Just no rear running lights?

Try replacing the bulbs, maybe the run filament on both lights. Or maybe your stop/tail/turn module went bad (if the 13' has one) and isn't sending a signal. Check fuses too.

Thanks Blue Angel. I found frayed wires under rear fender where tire rubbed them. Spliced and shrink wrapped in clean wires but problem still exists. Checked bulbs too. Brake, signal, and hazards all work perfect just no rear running lights.

Not sure if i have a module, im a newbie at this stuff, i doin some googlen' now on that.

Checkin fuses next.

Im curious since the wires had rubbed and fraued if that caused a short or something with the (blue)running light wires? Maybe checking the fuses will tell me that? Thinking out loud now...thanks for your suggestions

Update...Think i found the issue. I just pulled out the right bulb and its housing again and the running light flickered. I messed with the blue wire and the running light stays on for the most part, with a little flickering and im assuming wont stay on while riding.
I believe that when the sissy bar mounts were installed that the wires were twisted up tight on the bullet housing and possible lost connection or at least loosened it. When i removed the right signal the wires in the bullet housing were all twisted. I think i need to resolder or connect them somehow.

I know it will sound odd, but try twisting the bulb 180 and then reinstall it. Sometimes it won't make contact correctly one way but be fine when rotated over.

Get some taller rear shocks to avoid this in the future.
