I have service manual part number 99481-06 There is a updated version of service manual if your gona order one. I believe it is 99481-06a just something to keep in mind if you havent gotten around to getting a manual yet

well.if they did the right thing. they would recall the manuals. I will be calling Harley corp # tomorrow. this makes me mad. [:@] how in theheck could that me missed !!!!! the manual that comes with the bike is correct though. i think perhaps this needs to be on the board as a sticky note. what you think mods ? i mean really this could damage someones bike really fast ..

perhaps pass this tread to the tech group too.

voyager, you want my address so they can send me a check or coupon also? when you pay that much for a service manual you would think they could get it right eh? maybe a ploy to get their dealers some more service jobs?

Thank you, I was half way through a fluid change and looking for something else and I caught this thread. Apearantly not all Dyna manuals are messed up my 06 manual shows the right plugs.

my 07 shows the correct plugs....also, be sure to note that in the diagram it does not show the primary plug..but that's down there also, just be mindful of it...and also pay attention to the amount of fluid coming out (if it looks like only one quart coming out of the "engine" oil plug...there's your sign) ;-)
