Hard starting

Be helpful if you'd add more description
So the started is not engaging (iow it spinning)
Or..., the starter having hard time turning the motor over
================
Hard starting examples
Motor spins - but doesn't catch
Motor spins slow (labored)
Motor doesn't spin - but starter does
Starter has a hard time spinning
Starter spins like a top - motor doesn't
==============
Between cold and hot starts - describe the differences / characteristics
Ghost

What would be a good injector cleaner and how much would one use? Serious question. I know that when using it in a car, you just dump the whole bottle into a full tank of gas, would this be over kill or cause problems on a bike do to ratio mix?

I've never noticed any issues running that fuel/SeaFoam ratio in either the carbed or the EFI bikes...

I've always been a fan of SeaFoam on my carbed bikes and now this EFI. I'll add 7 -8 ounces to a tank, top it off with fuel, and then it's a perfect excuse for a long day ride to run it down as low as I possibly can.

I usually will do it 3 - 4 times during a season. I also use SeaFoam to stabilize the fuel over the nasty winter, when she finally comes back out in spring I'll run that tank right down before refueling with 93 octane. Many like Stabil for fuel storage but it doesn't have the cleaning of SeaFoam...

Tin is spot on. You can use heavy concentrations for cleaning, as opposed to maintenance doses.
From the horses mouth:
Our CLEANING Recommendation:
When cleaning a gasoline or diesel fuel system, it’s safe to add more Sea Foam cleaning solvency to fuel. In fact, the more Sea Foam you add to fuel, the better it cleans! Start with a 2 ounce per gallon treatment and increase as needed. Ratios for induction cleaning devices can be as high as 50% Sea Foam to fuel.
Note that the induction cleaning devices are these things that pump the solvent into the fuel rail on FI engines, usually done at a shop, and only for a few minutes. I wouldn't go that high in a tank full... The 2oz per is a good number.
But I don't think that's the OP's problem. I suspect its the usual hot motor hard start some harley's are plagued by. My LRS included until I resolved it with a hotter battery, bigger wires and retarding the starting timing in the spark table. Hasn't happened since.

Thanks, but I think I've covered most of the obvious problems. All contacts were cleaned, including starter, fuse holder ect. Battery is less than 6 months old, (Duracell AGM) after being unused for 3 days, battery tested out at 12.4 volts, and 435 cranking amps. Only sat on the dealer floor for less than a week. Charging system checks out good.
