Street bob wheel on a fat bob

You can make anything fit anything if you have: skill / time / money.
Will they simply 'bolt up'.. no.
Street Bob hub is a single disc. Fatbobs are dual disc.
Now then you could get a dual disc hub, and lace the street bob rims to it... making sure of course that your discs line up with the calipers. Lot's of measuring...etc.

The OP can't use that hub, which was my point... need a dual-disk hub with the width of a wideglide... a heritage hub might work well.

Um.. unless it's been modified... the StreetBob is a single disk. I don't think you can simply unbolt that hub-cap and bolt on another disk.

Actually, yes you can. The SB comes stock with a dual disk hub...I have one. It is as simple as bolting on another disk.

EDIT:
Re-read the article... they used fatbob lowers, but did not change the trees... so my original thought, even tho the FXD hub can mount a rotor... they will be spaced a bit from from the caliper.... so you'll need to put thick spacers either between the rotor and hub, or off the caliper mounts, to do as the OP asked originally... neither is a good idea.

It's always a good day when you learn something... dang, so you can take that cap off.... .. same hub as the regular FXD/C...
