I experienced the same, it was battery connection.

Yip..

I believe a paste of sodium bicarb & water scrubbed on with an old toothbrush also gets rid of battery terminal corrosion.

Put a blob of dielectric grease on each terminal when you are done & have tightened up the connections to stop future corrosion buildup.

This is always the First Thing to do and many times it solves the problem ..
