yes, but why do you want to do that? if you get a flat, you can plug the tubeless tyre a few times at least; some plug forever... tube punctures mean labour costs while you can teach your self to plug holes.

Usually the tire maker will state which tubeless tires they sell can be used with a tube. Not a 100% sure why, but I think it has something to do with how smooth the inside of the tire is. My understanding is, if the tire is too rough it could contribute to heat build up due to friction with the tube. I'm sure they have other actual reasons also.

the shop here carries several sizes of tubes, like:
3.00x3.50-17"
4.00x4.50-17"
5.20x4.50-17"
2.25x2.50-19"

4.00x4.50-19"
what is the right one?
